Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction and Definitions
1.1 This online store (hereinafter referred to as "the Store") provides repackaging services, mainly breaking down large packaged goods into smaller portions or small portion combination sets for sale.
1.2 "Goods" include single items and portion combinations.
1.3 These terms apply to all customers who place orders, make payments, and receive goods from the Store (hereinafter referred to as "Customers"). By submitting an order, a customer agrees to these terms.
2. Source, Repackaging, and Description of Goods
2.1 Goods are generally bulk packs, which are repackaged/repackaged by the Store before sale.
2.2 Due to the repackaging nature, product images, packaging appearance, and label display may differ from the original packaging; the Store will provide necessary information in a reasonable manner (such as product name, quantity, suggested consumption date/expiration date, precautions, etc.).
2.3 The Store does not sell: fresh food, fruit, frozen/refrigerated food (snow goods), or other categories requiring cold chain processing. 2.4 If the product is a food item, customers must be aware of allergens, ingredients, and dietary restrictions. We recommend that customers with sensitivities to specific ingredients consult us before placing an order.
3. Price and Charges
3.1 We do not charge any additional service fees.
3.2 Product prices are based on original costs (adjusted depending on factors such as packaging materials, manpower, spoilage, combination packaging, and market supply and demand).
3.3 All prices are calculated in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) (unless otherwise indicated on the page).
3.4 We reserve the right to adjust prices due to cost changes, supply, and market factors; orders with completed payment will not be affected by subsequent price adjustments.
4. Ordering and Cut-off
4.1 The order cut-off time is 21:00 (Hong Kong time) daily. Orders placed after the cut-off time will be automatically carried over to the next batch.
4.2 After submitting an order, please complete the payment as instructed. Unpaid orders will not be held in stock.
4.3 This store does not offer "urgent/expedited" arrangements; all orders are processed according to batch procedures.
5. Shipping Arrangements
5.1 This store uses SF Express for local delivery within Hong Kong.
5.2 Shipping Time: Generally shipped on Monday, no later than Tuesday (subject to the arrival of the batch in Hong Kong, completion of repackaging, and SF Express's collection arrangements).
5.3 Tracking information will be provided after shipment.
5.4 This store is not liable for direct or indirect losses caused by delays due to SF Express's system, weather, holidays, regulations, or other force majeure events, but will make every effort to assist in follow-up.
6. Shipping Cost Calculation and Free Shipping Threshold
6.1 Shipping costs are based on SF Express's actual weight/billing weight (subject to SF Express's final calculation).
6.2 Free shipping is available for single orders over HKD 500 (subtotal of goods) (shipping costs are borne by our store).
6.3 Orders under HKD 500 require the customer to bear the shipping costs.
6.4 If the same customer places multiple orders, the free shipping threshold will be calculated independently for each order (not combined unless our store agrees otherwise and successfully combines the orders).
7. Out of Stock, Substitutes, and Order Adjustments
7.1 In the event of insufficient supply, stockouts, substandard quality, or other reasons preventing the delivery of ordered goods, our store will:
Prioritize refunds (based on the value of the undelivered goods), or
Provide an equivalent substitute with the customer's consent.
7.2 Our store will not unilaterally replace goods without the customer's confirmation.
8. Return and Exchange Policy
8.1 As our products are mostly repackaged/repackaged and food/consumable items, returns and exchanges due to personal reasons (dislike/wrong purchase/unsuitable taste) are generally not accepted.
8.2 In the event of any of the following situations, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the goods and provide clear photos/videos as proof. We will handle the matter accordingly (refund/reshipment/other arrangements):
Obvious errors or omissions in the received goods (shortage/wrong shipment)
Severe damage or leakage caused by logistics (judged based on the actual condition)
Obvious quality problems with the goods themselves (not caused by improper customer storage)
8.3 Customers must retain the goods, outer packaging, and shipping documents for follow-up.
8.4 Any refund or reshipment arrangements are subject to our final verification.
9. Food and Storage Responsibility
9.1 Customers should check food products as soon as possible after receipt and store them according to the recommended methods.
9.2 We are not responsible for spoilage caused by improper customer storage (such as high temperature, moisture, or improper storage after opening).
10. Payment, Order Confirmation and Cancellation
10.1 Payment methods are as listed on the website checkout page.
10.2 An order is considered complete upon confirmation of payment by our store.
10.3 Orders placed after the cut-off time or after our store has begun packaging/preparing stock are generally not eligible for cancellation or modification; however, exceptions may be made upon request, the acceptance of which and any associated costs will be determined by our store.
11. Personal Data and Privacy
11.1 Our store will only collect necessary information (such as name, phone number, and address) for order processing, shipping, and customer service purposes.
11.2 Our store will protect customer data in a reasonable manner and will not sell or improperly disclose it without consent (except as required by law).
12. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
12.1 Our store is not liable for delays or losses caused by force majeure (including but not limited to natural disasters, traffic disruptions, government regulations, logistics delays, system failures, etc.).
12.2 To the extent permitted by law, our maximum liability for damages is limited to the amount already paid by the customer for the goods in that order (excluding indirect losses).
13. Terms Update
13.1 This store may update these terms from time to time and publish them on the website; continued use of this store's services after the update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
13.2 In case of discrepancies between the Chinese and English versions, the Chinese version shall prevail (if you only have the Chinese version, you can delete this clause).
